website or build it yourself. If you build it yourself,
plan on spending the next three months building the site
and an additional month fine tuning it. |
Make sure you have a
lead capture form. You would be surprised how many
sites are built without forms that will capture a
prospect's info.
Once the site is built,
you need traffic. The search engines take several
months to find you and years to acknowledge that your
site is good. Therefore, you need a search engine
campaign to generate traffic while you wait.
Building a campaign with the search engines is a lot
like any advertising campaign, you can waste a lot of
money trying to figure out what works.

Pro Online Agent is wonderful in supplying
qualified leads. After working closely with the leads, I got a
couple from California (both pilots) I started communicating and
sending listings. Then, I suggested they get their financing in
order. Good thing I worked with them first because they went
with USAA who would have surely referred a Real Estate Agent to
